Directions were issued to Budgetcars to put in place appropriate contractual provisions, conduct a security audit of its technical and administrative arrangements for the security and maintenance of its website and rectify any security gaps identified in the audit report. This is pursuant to a data breach incident where personal data could be accessed by changing a few digits of the tracking ID.
