These Guidelines should be read in conjunction with the Advisory Guidelines on Key Concepts in the PDPA, the Advisory Guidelines on the Do Not Call Provisions, sector-specific Advisory Guidelines and any other relevant Guidelines that the Commission has issued, or may issue time to time.
