The PDPC is commemorating Privacy Awareness Week (PAW) from 7-11 May 2018. This is our fourth year participating in this global initiative to promote awareness of issues relating to personal data protection.

As organisations in Singapore progress in the Digital Economy, this year's theme "Data Protection: From Principles to Practice" is a timely reminder that underlines the importance and continual need for organisations to re-assess and make changes to their approach towards their systems, policies, culture and practices, to ensure the robustness of their data protection architecture and implementation.
