Financial penalties of $30,000, $20,000 and $6,000 were imposed respectively on Funding Societies, WTS Automotive Services and Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants for failing to make reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorised disclosure of personal data under their care. Directions were also issued to SLF Green Maid Agency for reusing scrap or discarded paper which contained personal data.
