Four new decisions were issued today, of which three organisations were found in breach. Financial penalties of $30,000 and $4,000 were imposed on Ncode Consultant and Option Gift respectively for breaching the Protection Obligation, and a warning was issued to H3 Leasing for breach of the Consent Obligation.

In the fourth decision, telcos were found not in breach of the PDPA for charging subscribers for the provision of Caller Number Non-Display value-added services.
