Seven organisations were found in breach of the PDPA.

Directions, including financial penalties amounting to $66,000, were issued to Singtel, SCAL Academy, SPH Magazines and Royal Caribbean Cruises (Asia) for breach of the Protection Obligation.

Directions were also imposed on Henry Park Primary School Parents' Association  for breaching the Protection and Accountability Obligations of the PDPA.

A warning was issued each to NTUC Income and AXA Insurance for failing to put in place reasonable security arrangements to prevent the unauthorised disclosure of personal data that they hold.
