Financial penalties amounting to $124,000 were issued to Secur Solutions Group and Novelship for breaching the Protection Obligation. For breaching the Consent and Accountability Obligations, directions and a financial penalty of $7,500 were imposed on Majestic Debt Recovery.

For breaching the Protection and Retention Limitation obligations, a financial penalty of $5,000 was imposed on Worksmartly. Similarly, a financial penalty of $20,000 was imposed on Times Software, and within the same decision, warnings were also issued to Dentons and TMF for breaching the Protection Obligation.
