The Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) will explain why the PDPA was launched in Singapore, and share key highlights and requirements of the PDPA and the “Do Not Call” (DNC) registry that will affect the telemarketing side of business.

The workshop will also take participants through other practical scenarios that their business could be facing. Learn real-world applications that businesses can use right away for everyday operations, as well as for future strategic planning.
