Justin has been a part of Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice group since 2015. An integral member of the team, Justin has advised on a wide range of legal and compliance matters, including issues relating to data protection, intellectual property and information technology. In particular, Justin has worked with numerous clients across different industries in ensuring that their business practices are fully compliant with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012, including assisting clients with their data protection compliance programs and policies, and providing them with data protection compliance trainings.
