Particular focus will be given to the recently issued Part 2 (Implementation Guide) to the Joint Guide to ASEAN Model Contractual Clauses (MCCs) and EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Learn how to balance compliance with innovation by applying and operationalising the standard or model contractual clauses.
