The PDPC has imposed its highest financial penalties to date of $750,000 and $250,000 respectively on Integrated Health Information Systems (IHIS) and Singapore Health Services (SingHealth) for breaching their data protection obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), arising from a cyber attack on SingHealth’s patient database system.
