Seven organisations were found in breach of the PDPA.

Directions, including financial penalties amounting to $90,000, were issued to GlobalSign.In, SAFRA National Service Association, National Healthcare Group, PeopleSearch, Society of Tourist Guides (Singapore) and Creative Technology for breaching the Protection Obligation, among others.

L'Oreal Singapore was also issued a warning for failing to put in place reasonable security arrangements to prevent the unauthorised disclosure of personal data of individuals on its website.
