Organisations Getting Ready for Personal Data Protection Act by 2 July 2014

The Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) has launched a public consultation exercise today to seek views on the proposed advisory guidelines on application of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) to education, healthcare and social service sectors, as well as on photography.
PDPC will also be rolling out initiatives to build organisations’ capabilities and knowledge in data protection practices and requirements.
